Mr. Gao has dedicated in maritime, civil, commercial and corporate legal practice, and mainly focuses his practice in transportation by sea, marine insurance, international trade, corporate property insurance, corporate legal counsel, as well as major difficult and complicated commercial and corporate related litigations and arbitrations. As a lawyer and part-time arbitrator, Mr. Gao handled more than 1,500 legal cases including shipping, marine cargo transportation insurance, ship sales and insurance, international sales of goods, various contract disputes, logistics and ship finance, maritime environmental pollution and other economic disputes.
